- Personal Information:
- Full name
- Permanent Account Number (PAN)
- Aadhaar number (if applicable)

- Form 16: This is a certificate of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) issued by the employer. It provides details of the salary, tax deducted, and other allowances.
- Salary Income:
- Salary slips or statements for the financial year
- Salary account bank statements
- Income from Other Sources:
- Bank account statements showing interest earned on savings accounts, fixed deposits, recurring deposits, etc.
- Interest certificates from banks or post offices
- Deductions:
- Investment proofs and statements for deductions under Section 80C (such as life insurance premium, Employee Provident Fund (EPF), Public Provident Fund (PPF), National Savings Certificates (NSC), etc.)
- Deduction proofs for health insurance premiums (under Section 80D) and home loan interest (under Section 24)
- House Property (if applicable):
- Details of property owned (address, type, ownership share)
- Rental income received (if property is rented out)
- Interest paid on home loan (if applicable)
- Bank Statements:
- Bank account statements for all savings accounts and fixed deposits held during the financial year
- TDS Certificates:
- TDS certificates (Form 16A) for TDS deducted on income other than salary, such as interest income, commission, rent, etc.
- Details of Investments and Assets:
- Details of any investments made during the financial year, such as stocks, mutual funds, property, etc.
- Details of foreign assets (if applicable)
