• No Cancellations & Refunds: As a general rule, all sales made on ATAX.IN are final. Since our services (Income Tax & GST Filing) involve specialized expertise and immediate engagement of professionals, and our digital products are downloadable in nature, no cancellations or refunds are entertained once the order is placed or the service has commenced.

• Service Specifics: Once you have engaged our experts for an assigned task, refunds will not be provided. If you wish to cancel a request before any work has started, please contact us immediately at info@atax.in for a case-by-case evaluation.

• Digital Products: Refunds are only considered if the downloadable file is technically defective or corrupted. Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of purchase.

• Approved Refunds: In exceptional cases where a refund is approved by the management, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

• Transaction Fees: Please note that any convenience fees or taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
