1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ATAX.IN, creating an account, booking an appointment, using a tool, making payment or purchasing a service, the user agrees to these Terms and Service Disclaimer along with the Privacy Policy, Refund/Cancellation/Wallet Policy and applicable service-specific instructions.

2. Scope of Services

  • Income tax return service selection, filing support and document review.
  • GST, accounting, business and professional income related support.
  • Appointment-based consultation and follow-up guidance.
  • Free PDF tools and beta bank statement analysis tools.
  • Digital orders, wallet recharge, report generation and payment support.

3. Service Disclaimer

Website content, blog posts, AI chat replies, automated tool output and general FAQs are for preliminary guidance only. Final tax/accounting treatment depends on documents, facts, law, portal status, departmental records, AIS/TIS/Form 26AS, books of account and professional review.

ATAX.IN does not guarantee refund approval, notice-free filing, tax saving, loan approval, government acceptance, audit outcome or any result controlled by a government portal, third party or user-provided information.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide true, complete and updated information/documents.
  • Verify tool output, draft computations, ITR details and payment amounts before final use.
  • Do not upload documents of another person without lawful authority.
  • Keep login, OTP, email and payment credentials secure.
  • Respond on time where clarification, e-verification or additional documents are required.

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees may be shown on product/service pages, checkout, payment counter or confirmed by ATAX.IN before work starts. Appointment booking is currently shown as Rs 300 where applicable. Bank tool beta usage may be charged statement-wise after free limits as shown on the tool/account screen.

6. AI Chat and Automated Tools

AI chat and bank statement tools are support systems, not a substitute for professional judgement. The user should treat output as a working paper until it is verified with source documents and applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

ATAX.IN will take reasonable care while providing services, but will not be responsible for loss caused by incorrect/incomplete user data, delayed response, third-party downtime, government portal issues, payment gateway errors, AI classification limitations or use of unverified automated output.

8. Contact and Dispute Support

For any service issue, payment mismatch, wallet correction, report delivery issue or complaint, contact ATAX.IN first with order ID, registered email/mobile and relevant screenshots/documents.
